Refund policy

We have a No Return Policy. However, we offer refunds only if you receive a damaged product.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To start the refund process, please contact us at gaurang@overnightoats.in. Kindly note that returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is damaged upon arrival.

If your refund request is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the damaged item. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your item is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, we’ll notify you regarding approval of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
